School Field Trip
By Jihoo Kim
This photo captures the scene on the first night after arriving in Busan. After unpacking at the accommodation, teachers and students gathered together for a singing contest using a karaoke machine. Though it felt awkward at first, the atmosphere grew brighter with each song that followed. It was a time when teachers and students sang together, laughed, and everyone naturally engaged in conversation.
This photo was taken on the second day of our Busan field trip, at the G-STAR event venue. On-site, we were participating in one-on-one event matches against SGA Academy coaches, with chicken as the prize for winning. We thought it would be a simple experience, but seeing the prize made us all get serious. After several rounds of competition, we secured five wins and received five whole chickens as a result. The excitement and cheers at this scene remain one of the most memorable moments of the entire field trip.
The last photo was taken on the morning we left Busan, as we all ate pork bone soup together. Since Busan is famous for pork bone soup, it was a fitting meal to cap off the trip, and we also had time to share the moments that lingered in each of our memories. Though not flashy, this quiet, satisfying scene brought the Busan field trip to a calm and fitting close.
